Contest

1.1   Larrikin Entertainment is the sponsor of the WYRD Trip for Two contest. 

1.2  Contest will run from April 26, 2023 at 12:00am Yukon time to May 20, 2023 at 8:00pm Yukon Time.

Eligibility
2.1 Contest is open to entrants residing in BC who are 19 years or older (as of the date their entry is submitted). 
2.2 Contest is not open to Larrikin Entertainment or Atomic Vaudeville employees or Board of Governors.

How to enter
3.1 No purchase necessary. 

3.2 Only one (1) entry per contest entrant.
3.3 Entrants may enter this contest by submitting the digital form accessed online via larrikinentertainment.ca/contest. No other entry will be accepted.

How to win
4.1 Winner must correctly answer, without assistance, the skill testing question on the digital entry form accessed online via larrikinentertainment.ca/contest.
4.2 Winner will be randomly selected on May 21, 2023 and contacted via email no later than March 22, 2023 at 7:00pm Yukon Time.  

4.3 Odds of winning depend on the number of entrants.  

Prizes
5.1 The prize package consists of the following items, awarded together:
(i) Two Air North travel certificates for return travel from Victoria, BC to/from Whitehorse, YT, valid between February 13, 2023 – February 12, 2024 valued at $900 each. Black-out dates apply. Bookings are subject to availability. Change and cancellation fees may apply. Travel Certificates may only be used for the routing listed above, and may not be applied towards any other routes, products, services, or charters. Schedule is subject to change without notice. The Travel Certificate may not be sold. In the event that it is, it will become void. Lost Travel Certificates will not be replaced, cannot be redeemed for cash, and are non-refundable. Overnight stays may be required at the expense of the recipient. The Travel Certificate must be used in full at the time of booking and may not be split. Any unused portion will be rendered invalid. Travel Certificates donated to organizations for the purposes of fundraising or enhancement of special events cannot be won by Air North employees, representatives, dealers, agents, or organizers of the event to which that the Travel Certificate is donated to. All immediate family members (parents and children) of Air North employees or any of the above-noted groups are also excluded from winning the travel certificate.
(ii) Gift certificate for three nights accommodation at the Sternwheeler Hotel and Conference Center in Whitehorse, YT (valued at $600). Booking subject to availability. Gift certificate to become void if sold. Gift certificate may not be split, or redeemed for cash or credit, in whole or in part.

(iii) Two $100 gift certificates for the Capital Group Whitehorse (valued at $200 and redeemable at the Dirty Northern Public House, Miners Daughter Restaurant and Sheep Camp Cocktail Bar). Gift certificates will become void if sold. Gift certificates may not be split, or redeemed for cash or credit, in whole or in part.
(iv) One Lumel Studios Glass Blowing (Whitehorse, YT) gift certificate for a one-hour ‘hot date’ for two people or a family (valued at $180). Booking or walk-in subject to availability. Gift certificate will become void if sold. Gift certificate may not be split, or redeemed for cash or credit, in whole or in part.

5.2 If the winner fails to confirm acceptance of the award by 11:59pm on May 27, 2023 they will forfeit their prize.

5.3 Winner is responsible for paying for any expenses incurred outside of these travel and gift certificates.

General rules
6.1 By participating in this contest, each entrant and winner agrees to be bound by these Official Contest Rules and the decisions of Larrikin Entertainment. 

6.2 Each entrant and winner and their heirs,) successors and assigns, release and hold harmless, Larrikin Entertainment, Air North, Sternwheeler Hotel and Conference Centre, the Capital Group Whitehorse, and Lumel Studios Glass Blowing (the "Contest Parties") and their Board of Governors, stakeholders, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, consultants, employees, heirs, volunteers and agents, from and against any liabilities, damages, losses, claims, demands, costs and expenses (including lawyer’s fees and litigation expenses on a solicitor and own client basis) whatsoever arising from your participation in this contest.
6.3 By participating in this contest, each entrant and winner agrees that Larrikin Entertainment and the Contest Parties may post the winner’s name on their social media channels.
6.4 The decisions of Larrikin Entertainment in relation to this giveaway will be final and binding on all entrants.
6.5 Larrikin Entertainment reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or suspend this giveaway, at its discretion, at any time without prior notice.

6.6 If any prize cannot be awarded as described in these Official Contest Rules, the Contest Parties reserve the right to substitute a prize or prize component with another of comparable value, as determined in their sole discretion. In no event will Larrikin Entertainment or the Contest Parties be liable for more than the stated number of prizes available to be awarded.

6.7 Refusal to accept the prize or a portion of the prize releases Larrikin Entertainment and the Contest Parties from any obligation toward the winner with respect to that prize/portion of the prize.
6.8 All contest entries obtained through unauthorized sources or which are incomplete or in any way not in compliance with these Official Contest Rules are automatically void. 6.9 Larrikin Entertainment is not responsible for any lost or late entries. 

6.10 Larrikin Entertainment is not responsible for any miscommunication, failed communications systems, software malfunctions, or for any human errors in connection with this giveaway. 

6.11 Entrants found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this contest, including but

not limited to acting in violation of these Official Contest Rules, attempting to participate in the contest more than the once, acting with the intent to disrupt the normal

operation of this contest, as determined by Larrikin Entertainment, will be disqualified.
6.12 This contest is subject to all applicable laws in Yukon Territory, British Columbia and the laws of Canada, as well as these Official Contest Rules.
